At the car, the driver taps Start in the app: only then does the platform enable the ignition. When the car is returned, the platform blocks it again. If someone doesn't show up, the car becomes available to others after half an hour. If a trip overruns and nobody needs the car next, the booking simply extends. Every trip is logged in the name of whoever booked it, so you always know who drove when: useful for trip logging and for traffic fines.

From booking to returning the car
