Asset tracking: per asset per month
For trailers, containers, generators and machines. Asset tracking is charged per asset, not per vehicle.
Outdoor, battery-powered
A battery tracker with GPS and SIM. €3.95 per asset per month if you buy the hardware. If you rent the hardware, you pay €4.95 per month, hardware included.

Frequently asked questions
Who owns the hardware?
You do. You buy it once and we install it on your premises. The hardware comes with the manufacturer's warranty. After that, you only pay for the platform each month.
I already have trackers. Can I keep them?
Yes. We point them to our platform and you pay the same monthly price: €9.95 for Tracking, plus €4.00 if you add remote tacho. You don't buy any hardware. For your own cameras, the price is available on request.
What is the difference between Fleet and the plans up to 50 vehicles?
From 50 vehicles, everything is in one price per vehicle: tracking, tacho, the fleet assistant, reports, the apps and unlimited users and drivers, plus Service & assistant. Up to 50 vehicles you choose a plan per vehicle (Tracking, Video) and add tacho as an add-on.
Can I see a demo first?
Yes. Book a demo through the contact form; we show FleetMCP with sample vehicles.
How does video data work with Video?
Each vehicle on Video includes 500 MB of data per month, and all vehicles together form one bundle for your whole account. If one van uses more and another less, it evens out. Beyond the bundle you pay €0.01 per MB, which you can track live in FleetMCP. Footage is kept for 30 days. The number of cameras per vehicle does not change the monthly price.
I'm selling a vehicle. What then?
We move the equipment to another vehicle. That costs one installation, €110.00.
Can I cancel early?
The contract term and what happens if you stop early are set out in your proposal: up front and in black and white, not in the small print. The hardware is yours, so there is nothing to return.
Will the price go up?
Once a year, on 1 January, we index prices to the services price index of Statistics Netherlands (CBS). The first indexation is after twelve months.
Who owns my data?
You do. Everything is stored in the EU, and if you leave, you get an export. The data processing agreement is part of our general terms and conditions, article 23.
